Ive also tried covering ice cream balls with chocolate. Twice. First time I failed completely:) After the second time I also posted a long list with tips on how to achieve a better result on my blog, but I didn't consider the fact that the coating could also be spooned onto the truffles. That might work well! One day (that's always a good phrase!) I'm going to make these again and definitely using some nifty flavours. Thank you!
