I wanted to use a pretty little umbrella for my pina colada cupcakes. Yours look SO pretty. Very festive. And I found that the alcohol cupcakes initially seem VERY dense. I had to remake my island passion cupcakes a few times in order to make them a little fluffier. Bet yours were just dern delicious! Oh! and the frosting debate was eternal for them, I bet.
