I’m not a skin fan either and the worse bit about scalding the milk for my koffie verkeerd (Dutch café au lait) is that sometimes if you leave your coffee to set a skin forms and when you’re not looking you accidentally swallow it…AAACK! That’s just about the grossest feeling EVER!
