How’s my favorite baker? Your banana cake looks super scrumptious, extra thick frosting and all- I swear that frosting is just cursed! I ended up going with the Instant Fudge Frosting in Sky High (after getting the go-ahead from Katie to deviate from the required recipe). All’s well that ends well I guess, as it turned out delicious. I finally got my post up (I’ve been bogged down by a wicked sinus infection so I’m a few days late) but I’d love for you to stop by if you get the chance. Thanks so much for taking the time to email me with your thoughts about my baking issues… you have a special way of always making me feel better. I’m so glad you’ve become my blogging friend!
