After seeing pictures of the full bundt cake version of this recipe, I almost wish I had gone that route instead of the minis. Your looks just perfect with the dusting of confectioners sugar. So simple and so delicious.
Good save with the apple sauce! That would have made me a bit nervous as well. :~)

What a lovely cake! Good to know that I can sub out some flour for WW flour without it affecting the texture. Perfect cake for Fall
