Your tart looks beautiful and I also love the bumpily top. The blanket of crust upon the apples. My crust browned really quickly even with the foil on top. Gonna have to try again and watch more closely, the thermometer. Agree with you regarding the apple season and the cranberry tart made around the holiday.

I made a pear tart (well tartlets) and it was so good. I can’t wait to make this with apples since I love apple desserts.
