This cake seems to work with just about anything you throw at it (thought strangely, no one is going for the prunes). The mango bundt looks great. I am sad that this is our last bundt, too.

Wow, the end of the bundts, huh? Another section checked off the list. I don’t think my chocolate chip version would have been as appropriate for breakfast, not that that stopped me from having a nibble with my morning tea.

From my window, I can see my neighbour’s rhubarb growing. Patience. It’s coming.
Even with such a moist fruit as mango, your cake has held together really well. Nice!
