Love the way you photographed these. When I first saw the photo I thought they were popovers, so that is always fun to look at a photo and need to think about it for a few seconds before you know what you are actually seeing. I so want to be you. Nice muffins…guys here think chocolate if for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, anytime at all!
