I made it in the tart form which was really pretty and you are right, the spicing was wonderful. Your pie looks so high and beautiful! A show stopper, I’m sure!

I use sour cream in my pumpkin pie as well (or yogurt if I’m out of sour cream). It tastes great that way

I have been eyeing this recipe in her book- glad to see that it was this weeks pick! I would probably do the same and make it into a pie.
