I have a little ice cream scooper made by Zeroll that makes a nice, small round scoop.

Your baby cakes are darling and they are babies – so, it works. How DID you get that perfect round globe of ice cream – seriously?- I’d kill to be able to do that. I happen to really, really like gingerbread, the truer, the better. But, it was a strong taste and I can understand many of the bakers not enjoying it. And, no, it’s not about your juvenile taste buds. If you’re baking with this crowd, your taste buds are just fine. Trifle is a good substitute – just a little bit will do ya!
