A new look and a new address

Did you notice my new header? I felt like a change…I hope you like it! Alyson from seventy and sunny did the work for me. I think she did a wonderful job coming up with something perfectly cute and eyecatching…and while it’s totally different from what I had before, it still works with my existing blog design. I love it!

Also, I’ve decided to shorten my URL (typing “awhiskandaspoon” is long enough on its own, right?) and get my own domain name. You can now find me at www.awhiskandaspoon.com

The header is great!! I would think you’ll like it a lot better.

On an unrelated subject… I like your Foodie Blogroll widget much better than the big one I have. How did you get that small one? Are you still listed with the Blogroll?

- It’s the old Foodie Blogroll logo. I like it much better than the new, big one, so I’ve refused to change. I think I’m still listed with them, but I haven’t checked it in ages.

I love it! I actually have my own URL but not sure how to make the transition. Scared something will go horribly wrong! 🙂

- Pretty easy with wordpress. You can set it so even if someone types in your old URL, it gets re-directed to the new one.
