Everyday Dorie: Blueberry-Buttermilk Bundt Cake

This Blueberry-Buttermilk Bunt Cake is everything I want in a summer dessert…soft cake that’s just sweet enough, with big pockets of blueberries. It’s simple, but beautiful, thanks to the magic of a Bundt pan. I made a berry glaze to go on top, and while the cake surely didn’t need it, I don’t regret it one bit.

Yum glaze. We enjoyed this one especially the citrus flavor.

I like a berry glaze on the Bundt, why not load up all the juicy, fruity and berry goodness. Nice pic as usual.

Oh that looks lovely! Was thinking a citrus glaze but berry glaze is better!

Ohhh I love your glaze! Although this cake was great…icing or glaze would have made it even better!! 🙂

Oh this is certainly a pretty version of this cake…at first glance I thought the glaze must be some sort of chocolate as I know how you like to chocolate things up a bit over here…but berries…wow, that’s a glaze I can really get behind. Never too many berries.
